You'll probably lose a bit of nutrition but the calories will still be there. Try blending the Dateorade at home in a.m. and then the bananas the night before. I know 80/10/10 is a 'low' fat diet. Going off a 3000 calorie diet, 33g of that should be fat (I think). Where is the fat coming from in this example meal plan?

Most days I'm closer to 90/5/5, feel better that way. Most of the people thriving on this lifestyle are the same, but I'll have a few days during week that I'm around 30g of fat(7-10% of calories). You get all the fat you need from fruits and veggies with occasional overt fats from Avocado, Nuts, or Seeds.
Poor food combining, bad idea. If you want some nuts or seeds put them in your salad at the end of the day. You don't want to mix fruit and fat in same meal.First thank you for the great video. Try to figure out how many calories a day you were eating in the past that caused the weight gain. Now, substitute that many calories with fruits and starches. Checkout the channel "Getyourfruiton". I have a related question.. I have been following a low carb high protein diet but I'm looking into 80/10/10.. I don't really eat junk since I've been watching my carbs and I'm relatively active (I teach dance a couple days a week).. I am looking to lose weight, currently I'm 5'4'' 155lbs (GW is 135). I will try not to count carbs but would you be able to suggest a goal for calories? Should I stay under, match or exceed the calories I burn each day?

I wouldn't do it, but see how you react to it. I personally don't think it's a good combo. Sub acid fruits are fine with sweet fruits.

I thought maybe I could add some other high calorie content fruits here - persimmons, prunes, raisins, grapes maybe? And for starches, potatoes and winter squashes (like kabocha) are amazing. I think maybe some seaweed and brazil nut once a while would be a great addition for extra nutrients...

If you're getting enough calories, yeah, eat those other fruits. Persimmons are good but not easy to get year round, and grapes don't have many calories.

I follow a similar diet, I drink 2 litres of water in the morning then eat 10 tangerines, in the afternoon 20 bananas. I hate greens any suggestions?
I don't eat greens everyday myself. Just take them in 3-4 days a week or when you're craving sodium. Get creative, you can spiralize Zucchini and make a raw pasta or something.
