Do you find it difficult to eat a healthy diet because you are concerned about
carbs? If you said yes then you are not alone. Now with our new Dietrine Carb
Blocker we offer a 100% safe and stimulant free natural product. Dietrine
Carb Blocker is an exclusive formulation of research-supported botanical ingredients.
How Does Our Carb Blocker Work?
During the digestive process, your body converts carbohydrates,
found in starchy foods such as potatoes and pasta, into sugar. Your body
does this by breaking-down the carbohydrate molecule with alpha amylase,
an enzyme that is produced in the pancreas.
These sugar calories are either burned off, through exercise, or stored as
fat cells for future use. Unfortunately, inactivity means that these stored
fat cells accumulate. The result is weight gain.Dietrine Carb Blocker with
Phase 2®, an exclusive, all-natural nutritional ingredient extracted from
white kidney beans, "neutralizes" the digestive enzyme alpha amylase
before it can convert starch into glucose, thereby reducing the amount of
carbs absorbed. Essentially, it allows the carbohydrates to pass through the
system with less caloric intake.* Preliminary research and clinical studies
indicate that the Phase 2® starch blocker may reduce the absorption of
starch, thereby reducing the amount of carbs absorbed, resulting in significantly
less net caloric intake.
Are Carb Blockers Safe?
Yes! our Dietrine Carb Blocker is absolutely 100% safe and effective. Dietrine Carb Blocker is 100% natural with no known side
effects. There are no known interactions with any other herbal dietary
supplement or drug. Our Carb Blocker contains no ephedra,
no ma huang, no ephedrine and no stimulants of any kind
and are extremely safe if taken as directed.
Don't Be Confused By Low-Priced Imitations!
Dietrine Carb Blocker contains 100% of the genuine Phase
2 Starch Neutralizer®. Do not be fooled by cheap products that
may contain a generic white kidney bean extract plus some Phase
2. Remember you get what you pay for!!! These products may NOT contain
100% of the Phase 2® extract and will not work as well. Our
product is manufactured in the United States of America in a fully
cGMP-compliant, certified manufacturing facility. You cannot purchase
a higher quality product anywhere, and we stand behind its potency
and effectiveness 100%.
What is Phase 2?
Phase 2® is an amazing, non-stimulant, all-natural nutritional
ingredient that is derived from the white kidney bean through a proprietary
process. As a starch blocker it is the first nutritional ingredient that
has been clinically & scientifically proven to neutralize starch,
found in your favorite foods such as potatoes, breads, pasta, rice, corn
and crackers.Phase 2® is a safe yet powerful nutritional ingredient, clinically
studied to reduce the absorption of carbohydrate calories. Phase 2® allows you to enjoy those foods that you love
without all the calories.
Dietrine Carb Blocker with Phase 2® has demonstrated clinical
efficacy through several recent U.S. university-based human studies.
Dietrine Carb Blocker with Phase 2® has demonstrated safety
through LD50 studies, the gold standard test for acute and chronic
The white kidney beans used to make Phase 2® are non-GMO (genetically
modified) while the extraction process uses purified water - no solvents!!
Virtually all impurities are removed during extraction process.

Comments about this video: Hey Kent! (I'm sorry because my english is bad.) So my questions is, how much fat and protein u use daily? I tried lot of diets but it doesnt works, also i tried Atkins but i increased. My doc told me, that Atkins diet has to much protein and so i get more than i need. Whats your opinion? Should i try again? By the way, you cant find recipes and ingredients here in Gemany. THX. I typically eat about 65-70% of my Calories from Fat, and 20-25% from Protein. Roughly the grams of Fat and Protein each day should equal each other, but for the most part, I just eat to my hunger. Your doctor is mistaken, Atkins is a high Fat diet not a high Protein diet. Perhaps you could educate him on what it is. For me, Atkins is the healthiest way I have ever eaten. The ingredients for Atkins are largely meats and veggies and cheeses. You should be able to find them almost everywhere. Hey Kent! Thx. Every meal that i make is LowCarb, enough Fat but more Protein that i need; i calculate it every time. For example: (I cant eat anything in the morning) LowCarb Pizza (Tuna), with all ingredients have Fat 40,8g, Carb 16,3g, Protein 98,7g and that for one meal. (My weight: 220). Need help pls. Thank you in advance! What does this taste like? Is it kind of like a chocolate covered pretzel? Looks like it might be kind of sw3eet/salty? I'm not sure if them were salted pork rinds but I think tyhey weren't. Also can you help explain to me why I am always hungry? I feel SO guilty when I eat something, and it doesn't work. I have tried Atkins off and on for 7 years, but i'm doing my best this time. P.S Tell your son I said he is extremely awesome and someday I will try this puppy chow!! Thanks Kent. They were salted pork rinds, but you only get a hint of the saltiness. It isn't undesirable either. If you are hungry, I would definitely be eating more. Focus on eating more real foods like ground beef, chicken, pork, and your body with naturally shut off the hunger when it's done. Pork rinds might need to be controlled a little more as they're salty and sometimes that can delay the hunger shut off switch. This is SO helpful. I loved Puppy Chow before I started on South Beach (not that much different from Atkins-same principles) and wow this looks AMAZING:). Thanks! I think you'll like it. The only bad part is trying to limit your consumption if you are home alone. :-D. Yeah, my website is called AtkinsDietGeek. I have also been in two low carb cookbooks Low Carbing Among Friends volume 1 and 3. You can buy it on Amazon it's among the top low carb cookbooks there.Yes, I do, and it does work quite well. The only problem with using it is cost. Compared to coconut flour (30c an oz) or Parmesan Cheese (35c per oz), it is about double the cost. The good news with it is that it won't burn at all or discolor. you are so creative when it comes to being able to turn anything that is full of carbs into something that is Atkins friendly. Kent you are definitely the key to helping people turn Atkins into a lifestyle. my husband has been so grateful for your recipes.
I remain just glad I can help or be of service to others... As a guy who hates planning his meals in advance other than BBQ Pulled Pork sometime this week sounds good, Atkins gives me all the ingredients to just start tossing things together and be reasonably assured that it will come out well. It is always a pleasure to see you commenting on my videos, Kelly. Hi bowulf. I hope you can help me. I've been on Atkins induction for 8 days now and my energy levels are absolutely depleted but slight improved this whole time. I feel very detached and... well, unawareness/moments of near unconsciousness. I watched an old video where you talk about it took you 3 weeks to get over the flu... do you think I should just stick to it and be patient? I take all the recommended supplements from the forums. Thanks. Yes, I think you are enduring the Induction flu. You don't have to have keep suffering. I would recommend up'ing your sodium and potassium intake. It will help with energy levels. In addition to those, you might think about taking CoQ10 and L-Carnitine if you aren't already. The electrolytes should help you though start feeling better. Great job!! Pork rinds are my go to when i am trying new recipes. The plain one are so versatile. Brett, you totally rock!! Looks like the Chen mix muddy buddy recipe! Can't wait to try. I think my 16 yr old son will like them too! Thanks!
Congrats on your weight loss, I know being a teen it is very hard to do weight loss. I want to try this recipe, it looks like something good to do while on OWL.
OMG. OMG. This looks absolutely DELISH and a perfect snack for my Saturday DVD movie nights. Bacon AND chocolate? Oh man. Thank you Brett! Can't wait to try this. Looking forward to trying this. Congrats to Brett on his LC progress so far and his first video performance! He was a lot more confident than I was in my first video!!I agree I think Brett did awesome. He was just a role in a play, which I think helps both of them (being in front of an audience and being in front of the camera). Are the endulge bars allowed on induction now on the box it says ok for all phases but i heard they are a illegal. I don't recommend bars especially on the first couple week of Induction. They may say they're legal, but they have items that are not found on Induction Acceptable Foods list. regardless of what atkins officially says, you'll do better if you skip them. so what you hear is advice based on experience as opposed to what the "official" stance is about.Hey Kent, I just ordered VOL 3 of your cookbook. I am so anxious for it to get here so I can cook up all of the recipes. Also, I am glad that I watched the video of the deep fryer because I can't bring myself to reuse oil, however, when this fryer is back in stock, I will be purchasing, and I am confident it will save money. Thanks for all you do, and I really love all the recipes so far. I saw your before and after pics and It inspires me so much. Have an awesome day! Thank you for the very kind words. I can only hope I am as much a blessing to others as others were / are to me.
OMGEEE! Never would have even considered this. I'm going to try this SOON! Brett did a great job!! :).
Another idea with pork rinds, I bake all of my favorite pizza toppings sauce and cheese and use the pork rinds to dip. Super yummy. Wow!!!! Would of never thought of using pork rinds for a puppy chow. I will have to try. Great video, look out DAD somebody's gonna take your spot!!! LOl. Update... made this yesterday and it IS the bomb.com. Better the next day - makes a big amount too. Can I freeze this? Yes it can be frozen, but I will say this allow it to warm up before eating. The flavor really cold is more mild and a little chalky, but it can be chilled and rewarmed at will. Haha I had never heard of puppy chow as a dessert before! I am new to your channel so I just wanted to say hi and thank you (and your son) for your yummy recipes.
You are very welcome. My son is anxious to get in front of the camera again, so it shouldn't be too long before I make another. He was already prepping it last night for the Super Bowl dinner. :-). No, another names for this dessert are Muddy Buddies. This is a popular treat in this part of the country. Hi i didnt fully complete atkins induction sunday i would have made it through induction but i cheated and i dont want to start again untill monday but i am also scared to gain weight during the weekend also im not sure atkins is for me i do good if i can have a cheat day but on atkins u cheat u have to start all over so what should i do i really dont want to gain back what i lost but im not sure i can stick with atkins will i gain back what i lost.
I think peanuts are okay on induction because so this can be considered E-IF. I get some of the Atkins bars and on the back it lists the phases you can use the bars on and a lot of the induction phase snack bars have peanuts and walnuts in them. That has always been my problem with the latest books or offerings. My perspective was if it wasn't on the Acceptable Foods List it wasn't allowed especially if it was specifically allowed later. So if someone asked me about Atkins peanut butter bars, I'd comment from a 2002/3 perspective to wait until E-IF or OWL. That's just me and my perspective. I have always read or believed he intended peanut butter to be an Extended Induction thing. I think it's just one of those gray area things.Great video Brett! I don't know what I would do without this channel. I don't think I would have lasted very long on the low carb diet w/o all of your dads awesome recipes. My favorite is still the chicken salad recipe.Brett - you did a fabulous job! I am pretty new to low carbing and found your dad's channel. I wish you all the best and can't wait to see more videos. :). Kent, do you know if there's any low sodium pork rinds? Or with the simplest ingredients ones? Thanks :). I use Mission or the Walmart brand of Pork Rinds. Their Original flavor's ingredients are only pork rinds and salt. It can't get much cleaner than that.Brett is 15 years old. I really hope he drops maybe another 15-25 more pound of weight around the middle to improve his speed. He already plays o-line great, but he needs a bit more speed around the corner and endurance to play D-End well. Adding muscle on low carb would be easier to do as well. He has quite the future and getting comfortable in front of the camera will only pay dividends when the HS play auditions occur. :-D I also like the motivation he has for the diet as it's infectious. Looks great. I almost skipped this video because I thought it was actual puppy chow. Glad I watched it; looks yummy! Great job on Atkins, Brett! KUTGW! Thanks for the recipe. I 've never eaten puppy chow however it seems fairly simple and tasty. I wish you continued success on your weight loss and encourage you to continue sharing your videos. Because my Husband and I are doing Atkins and have young children that are also benefiting from a low carb life style, this will be a great treat for the entire family. I had to fix an error in the ingredients caption. Sorry for the loss of the original comments. The original video is still available just simply unlisted.

Where do you get your liquid splenda? The only kind I can find at my local store is.. not right LOL. There's no correct way to measure it and it's altogether a pain in the rump. Tried it and it's almost too annoying just to sweeten a cup of tea, let alone trying to cook with it. I get it from Amazon it's called EzSweetz (bit.ly SLASH Ezsweetz) You measure it per drop, but a fourth cup is like 6 drops. I haven't ever had a problem with measuring except trying to count to 24 for a cup.Is the kind that comes in plastic squeeze bottles the same thing? I see that yours is glass (I think?), but all I can find on Amazon is the plastic ones with the drop-tip attached to the bottle. :) Just want to make sure. Thank you for being patient with my silly questions! Yes, it's in a plastic squeeze container. My containers will get stuck from time to time, so I transfer my stuff to the liquid bottle. The stuff from Amazon is definitely the right stuff.
awesome videos, I just started Atkins and I love that there are so many options. It's almost like not dieting, rather just watching what types of food I stick in my mouth. I'm a real sweets junkie, so I am happy to see so many options for sweets! Thank you for the great recipes :).
That is the thing I really try to confront with my videos that a low carb diet is somehow boring or deprivation diet. With things like these, I never have desires to even eat off the plan any more. bowulf, I was able to make this more induction friendly by using flaxmeal instead for the crust. It actually had a more "crunchy" aspect to it, which made it better in that sense, however I also noticed with flaxmeal that it also became too dry even with 4 tbs of butter. What I did was add an egg and it helped out a bit with holding the crust together (and not as dry) in addition to the extra butter. If you replace the flaxmeal with coconut flour you get a cleaner sweet flavor and only a handful more carbs total. Then again, if you like the green flavor of the flax it's got more fiber. All my recipes that I have posted I attempt to denote which phase it is appropriate for. (IF) stands for Induction Friendly. (IF*) denotes you need omit an ingredient or follow the stated tweak. I think I have posted well over 100 or 120 Induction Friendly recipes to YT.I think low carb diets get a bad rep because of the lack of knowledge, not many people realize the difference between a good fat and a bad fat, how fiber aids with the digestion process, and why your body needs a mix mostly vegetables and meat. I have always struggled with my weight, but when i switched to a low carb diet, my over all energy went up. I highly suggest you at least try a low carb diet of 1 month. If its not your cup of tea, then find something that works for you. weight loss 65lbs. Absolutely... Thanks for posting this. I can't believe how much more energy I have now than before Atkins. Atkins Diet seems to be out of vogue. At a recent library book sale, there were nearly 100 Atkins paperback books for 25 cents each. Really, it doesn't look healthy. Too much protein is not healthy. Complex carbs is the way to go. A vegetarian diet would be oh so much more healthy than this Atkins nonsense. If you take your cues from what's popular as opposed to what's effective and safe, that's one thing. But honestly I have gotten more views on my videos this year than ever before - nearly a million. Why are the books a quarter? because many of them are 30-40 years old, and just effective today. 8 years of awesome health and annual physicals for me. Perhaps you just need to understand what it actually is as you seem confused about it. It isn't a high protein diet rather high fat.Yes, that's exactly what it means. Math books aren't popular either. College students pay $40 for them because they have to.That doesn't mean the information contained therein is wrong. BTW - I will have 200,000 more views this year than last year. In addition, more and more studies have come out proving the benefits of low carb.Atkins has been repurposed into the Ketogenic lifestyle. Same principals, with higher fat, moderate protein, and low carbs. And it has had dramatic results for many people! You make great videos. I'm new to this low carb lifestyle and the videos you make inspire me to stay on track. Thank you so much and please continue what you are doing.Lost 70lbs. already. Looking forward to making this. Thanks P.S. Hoping I can find most of the ingredients at Trader Joe's. Omg thank you for this channel i just started low carb and was like all i will be able to eat is Protein and veggies lol but not anymore thank you !!! Yeah, that is one of reasons I made this channel was to prove how interesting and varied a low carb diet can be. I think many people think it is just a meat and cheese diet, and I am glad to prove it can be just as interesting and possibly more than what they were eating before. i love your videos! they turn low-carb into something delicious. this one is especially good! keep them coming! You are very welcome, and thanks for the feedback. I always appreciate hearing how people fare with my recipes.im on the body trim program which is fairly similar to atkins. i love this recipe, and i love your videos! :). Thank you! I am glad you liked it. It turns out really pretty and it's nice to be able to eat them without a fork or on the go too unlike regular cheesecake.I noticed that on your title, it says IF (induction friendly)...yet in the beginning of your video, you say that it's not good for those on induction. I'm on extended induction, can I have this yummyness? Btw, CONGRATS!!!! You're one heck of an inspiration! From the video description: "(IF*) - Induction Friendly recipe if you omit the nut crust (during first 14 days) and the fruit" If I put an asterisk in the IF, I try to mention what the modification is to make it Induction friendly in the video description, which you might have to click on Show More to see. Thanks for the very kind words.
Ah, I see! Thank you for the information :D I made a awesome Jambalaya last night for dinner...I bet that would be a popular video for you to do, if you were looking for more ideas?
I noticed Low Carb-ing Among Friends on Amazon. Great reviews but it is sold only though a 3rd party, Should be sold through Amazon. It should also be sold on Kindle which would double your sales. I only buy electronic books as do more each day. Just another thought, you could sell an Atkins Instruction Video on Amazon, A cleaned up version of what you have already done. I think you could make a pile of CASH. Anyway whatever you do, thanks for the inspiration! What was it that you were using at the very beginning? It sounded like 2/3 cup of almond... meal? Sure hope I didn't miss it somewhere. Thank you for posting this video, it helps to have more recipes so I can stick with this low carb. I feel great now, but sometimes feel stuck on what to make!!Can someone please tell me what exactly whey powder is? I am not from the US and the first time I heard of this product is since I have started low carbing... Also, which natural sweetener do you all suggest? Other than Stevia, I find it tastes awkward... Thanx :). Whey powder is the dehydrated protein from milk powder. I am unsure the exact processing needed to bring it out. Many muscle or body builders use it as well. I use almost exclusively Splenda, but there are many other sweeteners like xylitol, erythritol, stevia that you could use as well. The natural vs. artificial sweetener doesn't have a lot of sway for me. Wow, amazing recipe Ken, I can't wait to try this out. PS. there will always be nay sayers & doubters, but those who have done this diet properly can make up their own minds, I know I have, I don't need any scientific studies to tell me that nothing works for me like Atkins does!! So happy I found it & converted for life. At some point, they either have to acknowledge your success or just keep their mouth shut. That was always my goal 8 years later confronting their misconceptions is just even easier. I am glad you like the recipe.Opposite, no freaking strength with low glycogen lol not a placebo effect :) Been lowcarbing for two years, back on some nice starches, and ready to push mountains again. I have never had a problem pushing mountains.. I am lifting more now (squats, deadlifts, and bench) than I ever had before. In addition, my endurance has never been better. If you had said I would be running marathons before low carb, I would have laughed at you. Now I am running marathons and half marathons nearly every week in my training runs. Better yes, cause you train, but you may be missing out and not even know it. I can tell youre stubborn on this and not willing to listen to "opposite" advice. You may be selling yourself short here. You do as you please, I hope one day you can experiment and not get stuck on this. Time to push bigger mountains :) Marathon does not require carbs at all, as with that load you can burn ketones and not see any performance diff, if anything you wont hit the wall like glyco loaders. I am glad you found your way back to starches and are on a kick to prove it was right for you and others following the same plan. However, your results aren't universal. As for the "you are missing out" train of thought, one could follow that train of thought anywhere. I would rather take expert guidance and keep following the experts. If this way of eating is good enough for Olympic strength coaches, it's good enough for me. Heck maybe you were even doing LC wrong. Yes, I am stubborn because I have done my research, and refuse to listen to some nameless Internet commenter who has no idea about my athletic performance or me. So feel free eat your good starches, don't read the studies I reference, post on random low carb recipe videos, and enjoy your life. Higher carb has nothing to do with marathon, but rather resistance training performance, and high intensity of low carb is on another lower level, you may want to conduct a poll from people whose done both, by the sound of you havent, but rather went low carb, lost weight, and kept low carb, and thinking youre in peak performance by default, I tell you, you gotta at least give it a fair shot instead of pushing carbs aside with bias. Sorry I am done humoring you.. Take care, and if you care to learn about professional strength coaches advocating ketogenic diets, look up Charles Poliquin.yum thanks for the recipe. i've been avoiding cheesecake (among other foods) because they are high in calorie. i'm loving atkins more amd more everyday. ps thanks for your videos too, i started atkins this past tuesday and am down 5 lbs already. just a q: how long did you stay in induction? I was on Induction for roughly a year partly because I had no desire for more food options in my diet. I added nuts in as Dr. A. says you can do after 14 days, and that was the majority of the food I desired.
cool thanks. i didn't realize i was staying in induction because i've only added nuts to my diet. i really love your videos. they're awesome please don't ever stop publishing them! have a great weekend :). i would like to ask why whey protein isn't allowed for the first 14 days? What if it is low carb (1-2 carbs per serving) or no carb?Check out my video "Atkins Diet Induction is more than just eating 20g or less" for a better answer, but here is my shorter answer. Induction is about limiting your food choices to the basic, common foods which should be safe or ensure everyone loses weight. Low carb whey proteins still obviously contain milk proteins which some people can be sensitive too. Dr. Atkins saw this, and created the list of Acceptable Foods. If the food is not on the list, you have to wait.thanks for the reply. I'm just starting now and can use all the help I can get :) I hope Atkins will work for me, I have about 5-6 pounds I want to lose, ut they don't seem like the want to go anywhere! My goal though is more about getting rid of the fat surrounding my toned muscles that are hiding underneath. Do you think Atkins, always together with exercise, could help? thanks again :). Part of Atkins is to eventually include exercise. Being thin but unfit is definitely not as desirable as being fit and thin. Wait the first 2-3 weeks, so you can get acclimated and ready to get back in the gym. I work out now about 5-6 times a week to achieve the best possible fitness.
heyho, i'm doing fine, thanks ;) if you say you work out 5 to 6 times per week, it is high likely that your muslces no not have the necessary time to recover, so you'll stall very quickly and may even decrease your weights. working out up to 6 times per week without steroids is ineffective. One can do cardio many times a week, and I have ran or other cardio (depending on marathon training cycle) 5-6 times a week for the last 6 years. Not everyday is the same workout hills, tempo, etc. Nor do I work out the same muscle groups when lifting in a week. In 6 years, my max weights have consistently increased. If you are going to train for a marathon (or multiple ones in a year), you will need to spend multiple times on the road or in the gym.i'm sorry but i thought you would do resistance training 6 times a week. and this would definately not be good. low carb is good for fat loss in general, though, there is no such thing as "definition" as you may think. if you want vascularity take trenbolon acetat. if you just want to have a sixpack, you have to lose fat. oh and you cannot lose only bellyfat due to sit-ups or something like this, just tellin.

what does the cream cheese do? i accidentally left it out making rolls and it still turned out pretty good. just curious.
Make sure you beat your egg whites with really stiff peaks. Additionally don't overfold them into the egg yolks, and be gentle in adding them to the cookie sheet or sheet pan. That should help preserve some height to them. Thanks! These take a bit of time of make (10-15 minutes), but are a great way to make sandwiches on Atkins. *jaw drop* Bread made out of meringue? Now I've seen it all. (I know meringue cookies work very well and don't taste eggy so I believe it!) Just wondering, as I love egg bagels and challah bread is there a way to increase the eggs/egg yolks to make more of an egg-bread like that, or would it just flatten the egg whites? If you want to bolster it a bit, I would add some additional protein powder or coconut meal/flour. That'll give it a little more substance and the addition protein will hold it together. Brush the top with egg wash and salt, and you have a pretty good pretzel or bagel like item. GTFOOH, is that a roll with.5 grams of carbs? How does it taste? You always come up with some amazing S*it, my friend :). Yep! These are lighter buns, so it might not hold up to a burger. It is however perfect for deli meats.I just started the atkins diet and have been watching your videos, thank you for this recipe and all the others. This is the first I chose to make tonight and it taste very yummy.I am glad it turned out so well for you. This can be a tricky recipe for some, so I hope by seeing it done it makes it simpler. Is the splenda just added for taste? Just asking because I don't like splenda but I want to make sure cutting it out doesn't affect the recipe.
thanks so much, I tried it, the first time was more like flat bread... the second try was a success, thanks for your videos :). I've made these and they are delicious. When I used to bake them in the 70's I used low fat cottage cheese instead of cream cheese. Mixes faster and is very tasty as well. Thanks for this video. I had forgotten how delicious these are. I'll make them soon.I made these last night, and just had a sandwich with them... THANK YOU! I missed bread soooooo much!!! Super easy, and tastes pretty close to bread!!They are similar to say a rusk bun, which is light bun that more egg yolks than normal. So it's bread, but it has a bit of egg yolk taste.nice bread, I wonder if pam sprayed parchment could be layed over the top too; and after flattening cook them almost done remove the parchmrnt slice them and add them to a soup or use them like noodles in a chicken n dumplings kind of a way? I do a chicken n butter n cream n sightly simmer whole string beans in it; as noodles. I know I use them in a biscuits and gravy recipe like that, so I think you could do that way. Good ideas! first try... revolution wrap? 2nd try much fluffier, but over cooked. my recipe said 350 degrees. So I know they will be perfect by my 3rd try, your videos help sooo much! Ths is great...I finally found a low carb bread I can make. I miss making sandwiches like my burgers and now I can. Thanks!!1. In my experience with Revolutionary Rolls, which was only once, I added garlic powder and nixed the splenda I believe. When baking they smell crazy amazingly good, and I was really eager to try them, but when I took a bite, I was extremely dissapointed to taste- egg. They taste like scrambled egg. Smelled like the best bread in the world, only to let me down. Awesome info I've always found issues with weight loss until I tried much the same things you've put in your video. I've learned a couple of techniques as well so thanks. Did you say on the video 1 carb per roll? Your nutrition info below video says 5 carbs per serving. I'm confused...Is it 1 carb or is it 5 carbs per roll? You have given me a little nudge (aka drooling) to try to make them again. Don't know why my last batches have failed, maybe it's the oven. When I used to make them successfully, I would top one batch with dried onion bits, one batch with sesame seeds and one with poppy seeds. It was almost like having a real deli sandwich! If I remember correctly, the original recipe used cottage cheese. Someone experimented with the cream cheese and everyone seemed to like them better. Oh my soul!!!!!!!!! I hope these taste as good as they look. I am making these tonight!!! I cannot find any low carb bread where I live and have been craving it. It's the only thing I miss. I am soooooo excited. My hubby will be happy too as he is doing Atkins with me.
Here is what I found for cream of tartar substitute: For beating egg whites - use an equal amount of white vinegar or lemon juice, or omit the cream of tartar entirely.
Can you beat the eggs without this machinery? Also, do you know of any fruit spreads I could use on the Induction Phase? Thanks. You can beat the egg whites by hand, but I warn you it is difficult and labor intensive. As for fruit spreads, any fruit spread which has actual fruit or fruit juices would not be Induction friendly. Walden Farms does have 0g fruit spreads, but I don't know what their ingredients are. Some people really like to add a bit of onion/garlic powder to it as well. I like them, but always choose to make multiple batches to store since they are a bit of work to make. Wow I am on a low carb diet and was missing my bread. I love the look of these and will be making them right after i got get my cream of tarter!! Thanks!
Curious about the use of cream cheese, According to Atkins Book 1972 version, It says " No cream Cheese allowed. Same book uses Cottage Cheese. Have you ever made them with Cottage cheese,if so any difference in taste etc ? When did the cream cheese become acceptable for induction. I ask because I have lost over 20 lbs since starting and don't want to take a chance of stopping my progress.. I believe that changed between the 1972 and the 1997 version of the book (between ADR and DANDR). That is when he excluded cottage cheese and added cream cheese. It is still limited. Here is the list of allowed of cheeses for Induction: "You can consume three to four ounces daily of the following full fat, firm, soft, and semi-soft aged cheeses *, including: cheddar cow, sheep and goat cheese cream cheese Gouda mozzarella Roquefort and other blue cheeses Swiss". He further goes on to state: "Note that cottage cheese, farmer's cheese and other fresh cheeses are not permitted during Induction. No "diet" cheese, cheese spreads or whey cheeses are permitted.". Thanks for the recipe, about to make my first batch. I started Atkins and have been watching your videos, they are very helpful. You are very inspirational! I am looking forward to purchasing your cookbook(s) soon!Thank you so much for posting this and all the other videos. I've been doing Atkins for about one month and I've lost more weight than on any other diet plan. All of your videos are incredibly helpful and they make following this plan very easy. Once again thank you and keep up the good work! BTW, these are delicious! :). Thank you for the kind words, and I thought the same thing with Atkins that it was the easiest way I found to lose weight. 8 years later, I am still celebrating the moment I decided to do it. You are so awesome at this! How do I store these? I'd like to make extra for throughout the week.Thanks.I used the improved Revolution rolls on Lindas Lowcarb website. They were so good. I had a turkey sandwich that was very enjoyable! made these and had cheese sandwiches. It is nice they are easy to make and use inexpensive ingredients. Your videos have been very helpful, sometimes it is hard to tell how a recipe will turn out just by reading it. Also they show what a variety of low carb meals you can make yourself.
That is my goal keep low carbing as easy as possible and doable as possible. I know when I started I was always wondering about what to have.
I just made this and made some sloppy joe with the sugar free ketchup and it was amazing!!! I also saw where you can make these into cheese danishes. I'm so excited, I think I might have to try to make the danish tonight. Absolutely LOVE your videos! Very helpful!!!!
Have you stored these in the fridge? How long do they last? Can you freeze them? I'm guessing not but wondered if you had tried. Thanks!!! Can't wait to try them!
I store these in my fridge for about a week, but they typically don't last that long until someone eats them. A rose by any other name would be just as sweet. You can use any sweetener you'd like if my choice doesn't work for you.Actually Splenda is is one of the MOST tested artifical sweentners on the planet. Your comments are inaccurate. Try margarine, in any form it is crap.Plastic, up there with olestra. If you're interested, there is an informative article about Splenda on Mercola dotcom called "New Study of Splenda Reveals Shocking Information About Potential Harmful Effects". Just go to the site and do a search for that title. And I do agree with margarine being crap! I imagine it could be used to grease the hinges on a door, other than that it's garbage :). I have always been in favor of people discovering for themselves how acceptable a sweetener is. Some will find it to be poison, and people like I believe the original science. Ummm, ok... I am happy you can eat as you want and eat the junk you want, and be healthy. My body did not work that way, and I went to 429+ pounds before I learned differently. As for your "binary of morality" and the food pyramid, you might just want to understand what you are commenting before showing the ignorance of assuming black and white nature. My girlfriend made these last week & they were great! I am gonna try to make some of my own this weekend! GREAT taste & low carb! Win! Win!Thank you for the feedback and the comments. It always does me good to hear people like the recipes as much as I do.I used truvia instead of splenda and added some garlic and herb ms. dash. I also used the reduced fat cream cheese and it still came out great! I got 6 rolls very large rolls each having 80 calories and 5 grams of fat. Next time I'm going to use cinnamon and extra truvia instead of the garlic and herb for a more dessert-like roll. Thank you.Sounds delicious, and your proposed recipe is very similar to my Cinnabon recipe posted here. You might like to check it out to see if you like the icing I posted on it as well.I made it today and loved it. I only made 1/2 of the icing because I don't like too much but I forgot to half the sweetener so the icing was too sweet. I also used coconut milk instead of the cream. yum!

Comments about this video: Hey just a suggestion can we just have the camera on the food as it being done... and some better lighting... Love ur work... thanku for all the wonderful recipes. Just found your channel today and I'm loving it already. I just started my low carb journey and was getting really bored with grilled meat :) Thanks for the great recipes I hope you keep them coming!
Just subbed,I love your channel! I'm new to Atkin's and you make this lifestyle much more interesting! Thanks!
CalicoXX had the following question that I accidentally deleted: "I'm reading in my carb count book that 1\4 cup chopped cooked onions equals 4.3 carbs so I don't see how this recipe is equaling that total amount of carbs. I have had a lot of confusion with this matter over the past couple days..so if there's any true info you can give me I'd appreciate it! Thanks! ". My info on nutrition facts for onions says they are 1 cup of onions 15g total carbs, and 3g of Fiber. The results are coming straight out of Fitday. Is there a difference in the carbs for green, red or yellow bellpeppers? or is it the same across the board for all 3? Thanks. No they are all essentially the same nutritional make up. The red and orange have slightly more vitamins. After being on a 3 week weightloss stall, I am going back to induction for a while. I have lost 20 of my 50 lb goal since the beginning of the year. Made this tonight and its was awesome. Definitely a recipe that is going into my notebook!!It was because that fat is gristle or more connective tissue than integrated into the meat like marbling.I made this yesterday and loved it. I just started atkins on April 1 and I have already lost 9.5 lbs. I like that with atkins I can still eat what I love but with a few changes. I just decided today (after 3 days of fasting) to give the atkins diet a whirl. This is the first meal i made on this diet and it was delicious! I would like to lose 35-40 more pounds and if that can really be done while eating food like this (especially instead of fasting for days at a time) then, well it almost sounds too good to be true. I am really excited to try some of your other recipes! Thank you for uploading these videos. I am just glad I can make this diet interesting and easier for others to follow than I had it when I first started.Honestly with the onions and peppers in this recipe, I usually don't serve it will any sides. If you wanted though, some faux-Spanish fried rice would go well with it. The chix enchilada was excellent. It surpassed my expectations. However I used an all natural organic roasted bean and corn tomato sauce but the rest was the same. I just finished eating this. Wow, is it ever good! I didn't have an enchilda sauce so I used salsa and it was just fine. Thanks for posting this recipe.. Delish1. I just want to say that this recipe is wonderful. I made it tonight after perusing some of your recipes and let me just say that if this is Induction, then I could be on it for life! The chicken was moist and the sauce was decadent with the cream cheese and I used Mexican blend cheese. The peppers and onions tasted fresh in the cheese. I added my homemade ground hot pepper. Wow. Thank you so much. I am taking the leftovers to work for lunch. I hope it reheats well. Check the video description of all my recipe videos for the nutritional info (you may need to click the Show More link). From this video's description: "Nutrition Info (Makes 2 or 4 Servings - info based on 4 servings) 357 Calories, 19.2g Fat, 6.3g Carbs (Minus 1.1g Fiber), 39g Protein". My favorite or go to recipes I make the most often are stir fries, fried chicken or chicken nuggets, taco bake, and of course Buffalo wings. They are all simple to make, and quite tasty.I made this last Sunday, and my sun wanted more and has asked for it daily ever since. In fact, I think he would be happy if he could have this and low carb Caldo every other day! Thanks for another great meal!thank you so much for share this recipe i just started and this is very helpful thank you so much that's look so good... I saw this recipe and I had to make it. I wasn't to sure how I would like it since I don't care for red peppers. I must say I LOVED it!!! I LOVED it sooo much that I scraped the pan to finish the last piece of chicken. I paired it with steamed broccoli...YUMM!!! Thanks Kent.
Bowulf thanks for the recipe bud, i got one id like you to share if you want, its a chicken gnocchi soup copy cat from Olive garden, just without the gnocchi and carrots and its low carb. You can find it online too just google Olive Garden Chicken Gnocchi soup copycat. I used to work at olive garden and its the same recipe trust me. You can find all olive garden copycat recipes online. Thanks for the tip, I will try it soon. My wife was just mentioning the other day that I should make more soup recipes. There are carbs in the onions, peppers, enchilada sauce, cheese, and even cream cheese. That works out to be 5.2g net carbs. As for how many carbs and still lose weight, it depends. Starting out the safe number for Induction is 20g, but after that, you continue to add them 5g more per week until you no longer lose weight. That might be 40, 60, or 120g. It all depends on the person. I'm going to be making this but with Mexican green Poblano peppers and red Bell peppers. The color and flavors of the two distinct peppers will sure be delicious...What do you think?? Can I have a small green salad on the side? (including it also of course in the carb count). Stuffed Poblano Peppers recipe you may try. Toast peppers on direct heat till skin is black sweat 15 mins in plastic bag, grate up any cheese. Peel peppers from burnt skin make slit in middle take out seeds & stuff w/ cheese. Pin lengthwise w/ toothpick dust w/ soy flour Beat up three egg whites till stiff peak form add 2 yolks & cream of tartar, baking soda and 1 tblsp of soy flour dip in egg & deep fry medium hot oil, turn & cook golden. Top w/garlic tomatoe sauce/oregano/ sour cream YUMMOOO! I actually have a stuffed roasted poblano peppers recipe posted here and in my cookbook. It's one of my favorites in that cookbook.
Yes the 5.2g are for the entire breast, which was cut into two pieces. Yes, you can cook the vegetables in coconut oil or butter or whatever oil you prefer.
Correct it would be 5.2g net carbs per serving assuming 4 servings per recipes. Since you are splitting each chicken breast into two pieces, it would be for two pieces. Yes, you can have sour cream on Induction. carbohydrates are good. whole corn has corn germ (like wheat germ. your enemies remove the nutrients from grain and feed it to cattle)...demand unsalted cheese from your suppliers, the salt makes you swell and have heart failure...forget the chicken, dead animal meat rots in the intestines and the dumpsters. - james mcashan for the US Senate. So much wrong information in just one post... I can see from your other comments you simply troll for hours in hopes for attention. Good luck with that life. PS - Salt is good for the body. Check out my sodium video for my research.
I need to make this recipe again soon too. Sometimes the old originals fall out of rotation, but this one deserves to get back into the weekly rotation soon. This was to die for. My family loved it, there wasn't any left!! Thanks so much for all your recipes! I have a question about Atkins, I know I shouldn't be counting calories while doing this.. I've never tried Atkins before but with the vast success people have had I am giving it a try, still in myself though I am not convinced I can lose weight eating butter, bacon, chicken and cheese/cream. Its a bizarre concept to me ha ha. Did you have your doubts while first on the diet? how much weight did you lose your first two weeks? Of course, I had doubts. I had many failed diets before I started. I didn't think any would work let alone one which would allow me to eat good food. Trying to follow conventional wisdom (low fat, strict Calorie) had failed many times for me, so I was willing to at least try the unconventional. OMG! this is soooo good, my family had seconds. I made extra and am freezing it. I hope it reheats well. Thanks for all your recipes. I love to watch them. I have lost 16 lbs. I need a lot of encouragement, and you give me that. When I see how well your doing I know I can stick to it. by the way do you eat Dream fields past. It is sappose to be 5 net carbs per serving. Do you eat commercial low carb bread? From Karrie.
Congrats on the losses so far, and thank you for having me along the way for your weight loss journey. If I can help you, let me know. The recipe does freeze and reheat well, so you should be good. As for Dreamfield's, I used to have it like 3-4 times per year. but ever since the controversy last year disputing their net carb claims, I have not had any again. Apparently the cooking process is extremely prone to error, and this breaks down the protective shield that prevents carb absorption. And when measuring 4 oz of cheese (the amount I can have a day) a brick of cream cheese is 8 oz and really dense and 4 oz of shredded parmesan is only a 1/2 a cup? a half a brick of cream cheese seems like a lot to me in the induction period. Oh and as far as cream, how much cream do you have a day? I think I read on the internet that I get 2-3 tbs a day?? Re: commercial low carb bread occasionally. (1-2x per year typically for Thanksgiving in my stuffing recipe) It's not necessarily bad I believe their nutrition info. I just don't have a lot of desire to eat bread anymore other than my flax bread. I do have LC wraps from time to time now that I am in maintenance. LC Tortillas hold more desire than a piece of bread at this point.
Well Atkins always has a spot to eat your veggies, and 5.2g net carbs from veggies would be where I would want to have them. I can appreciate that not everyone is on Atkins though. I'm watching and I 'm trying to pay attention but all I can think about is how you're getting raw chicken germs all over your kitchen :(. All the raw chicken was on the counter, plastic wrap, cutting board, and things easily cleaned by the bleach cleaner which was right behind me, but feel free to make it differently in your house. The same reason most people wash their vegetables and fruits. Unless you specifically harvest the food and control the habitat its raised, one might want to wash contaminants like dirt, poop, etc. off of them. Really, this is a complaint of eating meat that you have to wash your hands? read my question again. no "omnivores" or "carnivores" in nature wash their meat clean the feathers off skin it or what ever else you do. they all chase down bite in with bare teeth/claws ect and rellish the blood. humans do not and can not. Sure, and animals in nature like cows eat grass that other cows crap on. Most humans wash their food of foreign substances. The fact that we clean our food or eat our food in forms different than animals because we can does not invalidate the food. As for relish blood or our desire to hunt down, you apparently have never been deer hunting. Myself, I have cleaned and dressed many rabbits and pheasants. Does the fact that people like to clean and cook vegetables - invalidate them as well?first off we are natural fruitarians so we dont need to wash our natural food because it is on a tree 2nd u used a gun or cbow or something like that to kill these animals you did not run them down and bite into them with your "canines". case closed. whats a bit of bird shit haha. ok i am finally converted from being a life concious being to a destroyer of lives paleo primal atkins fatkins diet eater where can i pick up my whey protien coz im not getting enough from all the animal corpse i injest every day. "life conscious being" Really? Take the angst down a bit. It is apparent this is a life mission to spread your skewed-morality elsewhere, so take care. I wish you much success and happiness eating your fruit. Sorry you can't wish me the same. Humans have been eating animals for a long long time. WE are in the majority not you. Maybe that is why you are so aggressive. Your brain is short of amino acids like tryptophan. Which is what keeps people calm and content.Induction is also called Phase 1 of the Atkins Diet. It's the most restrictive phase where it gets people into ketosis and that they start feeling the appetite suppression effects. That looks super yummy. So is the enchilada sauce allowed on induction then? If so I am so having this tonight Thanks i used to follow your recipes all the time and now Im back :) Your a recipe saver for me.

Comments about this video: Going to make this after my store bought squeeze mayo bottle is empty and refill it with this recipe. Thanks its so easy. No, It has wheat gluten in it, so it is only appropriate for phase 2 and beyond. (Ingredients Wheat gluten, whole grain soy flour, modified wheat starch, unprocessed wheat bran.).
thank you so much for ur reply I truly appreciate it. I also commented on other video's you have posted. I stated that you are the reason I started atkins and Bought the book right after I saw 1 of ur video's. everytime I have a craving I remember how it worked for u & hopefully 4 me and push myself harder. I have one more question. It my friends birthday shes also on atkins and we decided to make your Pizza recipe the one suitable for induction. Should I mix the whole egg or only the white part.
Doing the happy dance! There are three things that I absolutely love and two I eat on the regular the other (croissants) only when I go on a cruise. I love my mayo and butter! I am so excited to find a healthy good FAT Mayo! I don't mess with those nasty oils! Thanks so much! I'm making this tomorrow! I'm interested in the cost versus store bought mayo! I'm so excited! It obviously depends on where you get your ingredients, but my cost for the above recipe: 75 cents for coconut oil, 50 cents for olive oil, 10 cents for the egg, and probably another 10 cents for vinegar and spices. So $1.45 for ~12 oz of mayonnaise vs. $3.49 for 32 oz Kraft soy oil mayonnaise. I am glad you liked it. Thanks for watching!Another reason to make your own mayo besides cutting out the sugar is to avoid the chemical preservatives, mainly EDTA. I starting making my own in a similar fashion when the commercial mayo started giving me heartburn. I use all fresh ingredients and I don't get the heartburn any more! It was user Kadinisi, I'm just watched it last night, know what it's like to have someone post me work as theirs! Hi Kent, for some reason I couldn't post on the video for the peanut butter pudding, but are you aware someone else has posted it as theirs? Favediets can repost my videos, but if it wasn't them, someone probably reposted the video. I take down the ones I know about. Hi Kent. I tried the recipe this morning and am very happy with it! I did need to make a couple of substitutions. I used apple cider vinegar and prepared mustard as that's what I had on hand and I think it worked just fine. Thanks for your recipes and stuff, I really enjoy watching. I have the latest cookbook too and have made several things. I made my first batches with Apple Cider vinegar as well. It's good too, but white wine is the typical one used. I am glad it turned out for you as well. Thanks for your support!
I would use MCT oil. You might have to order it on amazon. MCT oil has no flavor and it stands for medium chain triglycerides. I use this is my salad dressings. We each need to make our choices, but $15 (mail-order) vs. $5 (local buy) coconut oil for 32 oz is the determinant for me. What kind of flavor does the grapeseed oil give it? Is it noticeable? I have never tried that oil yet. I don't notice much flavor at all. It doesn't taste all that different from any other oil to me. Maybe a tiny bit nuttier, but I think it brings out the flavor of foods really well. And with the super high smoking point, it's great for cooking. Actually Grapeseed oil was originally called Rapeseed oil which is Canola Oil. This toxic oil should be avoided 100% Rapeseed oil contains zero Omega-3 and The name derives from “Can” (for Canada) and “ola” (for oil low acid). No such thing as a Canola plant. I think you are wrong about its origins. Grapeseed oil I discovered is made "by cold-pressing the grape seeds. It has been extensively used around the world. It contains vitamins, minerals, proteins, lipids, carbohydrates and antioxidants." It is however largely Omega-6 like you said as are most vegetable derived oils are. I'll check what you said out but if you type Grapeseed vs Rapeseed vs Canola you will see its the same. Thanks for the awesome videos as always.
Grape seed & Rapeseed are 2 different things. Rapeseed is toxic & not suitable for humans-historically was used in animal feed & fuel. You're correct about Canola name, there was no Canola seed-they supposedly had a process to lower the toxicity by reducing the amount of erucic acid in the plant by bioengineering. The manufacturers didn't want toxicity to be an issue so they disguised the use of Rapeseed by giving it a benign name. Since then Monsanto has patented Canola seeds-another issue. When you said Grapeseed Oil I completely though you were suggesting it was Rapeseed oil which is ALSO called Grapeseed oil...my apologies!Kent I'm wondering if it gets hard after being refrigerated because of the coconut oil. Does it stay soft and mayonnaise like? This looks like the best recipe I've seen so far for Mayonnaise! It does get a bit mousse like in the fridge, but the olive oil prevents it from becoming like coconut bark and stays spreadable. As you want to use whip it a bit before spreading it to warm it a bit. If you want it even more spreadable, go 2/3 cup olive and 1/3 cup coconut. I am not a big olive flavor guy, so I like equal portions. Thanks, I tried making it once with coconut oil and extra virgin olive oil and it was horrible. I threw it out! But maybe I can handle it with the light olive oil.
Hi Kent! Good to see you on the Tube! Great demo. What are pasteurized eggs? You talking about egg beaters? Hope you and the family have a great Holiday Weekend! :). Pasteurized eggs can either be in liquid form (like egg beaters) or pasteurized in the shell (preferred). I don't personally like either option, but if you are immune-challenged, I can understand the choice. I hope you have a great weekend too.Hey, Kent! Of course this is a great way to make mayo, as are all your recipes. Thanks for the demo! Anyone who owns a sous vide machine might be interested to know that they can pasteurize eggs at 132 degrees at 75 minutes once the temperature stabilizes. We always do this with any raw-egg recipes, just to be **sure*. Perhaps if I could do it myself, I would trust the process. I get suspicious of commercial pasteurization process in over-doing it and killing the taste of the eggs. Alton Brown also swears the vinegar will kill the bacteria with its acidity, but I can understand want to be sure. I have never actually SEEN any commercially pasteurized eggs other than the egg whites you can buy in the carton (though I realize that doesn't mean they don't exist). I'd think (though I am not sure) that the removal of the yolk may be the reason for the lack of flavor, to say nothing of lack of nutrition. However, my own pasteurized eggs lack neither flavor nor nutrition, but without a sous vide, I am not sure how to reliably achieve pasteurization without overcooking. Thanks for your very informative videos. I'm going to try the Atkins diet. I just want to know, how many cups would an 8 inch cucumber make? Kent, I see you have gained some weight back. ( EVERYBODY BEEN THERE )... I always gain 15+ in the winter. It is all consuming to keep it off and almost impossible UNLESS you continue to be OBSESSIVE about it. So did you cut back on your running ?
My regain happened primarily due to two reasons which I am working on right now. I started with Microsoft back in September of last year and my workouts have been dramatically less since then. From 20-40 miles a week running to maybe 10 or less average. In addition to the workouts, I have been eating more food than I should for a lot of reasons more snacking on pork rinds and nuts, more traveling and eating out, and more eating because I am bored, stressed, etc.
I am in the midst of fixing all those things, and I should see the regain gone by marathon time in the Fall.
I hate being a slave to eating no carbs...so I work "hard in the yard"...( hated being diabetic MORE !...no longer a slave to the meds ! Glad yer OK...
Thankl you SO much for this recipe! I tried and tried and tried to make homemade mayo...the taste was always failing. Never knew it was because I was using Extra virgin olive oil. I'm going to use your recipe. Your amazing. Thanks I am just glad I could help, and I am secretly glad I am not the only one who failed at the mayo exercise. :-). I was amazed that it worked for me so well. From a cost perspective too, the amount for this mayo is less than I was spending on the other soy oil mayo from the store, which makes my Dutch heart happy too. Congrats on the number of subscribers you have. Also, glad to see you back making videos. Many years ago I used to make my own mayo and am going to start doing it again. Got a new stick blender so can't wait to give it a try. For those that have a regular blender, what I used to do is mix the initial ingredients, then mix it on low, and then drizzle the oil through the top opening of the lid on the blender. Never had a problem with making mayo that way. I tried making it that way too before, and maybe it was my blenders or food processor quality. I just never could get all the oil incorporated and emulsified with the egg proteins. It was a like a badge of dishonor that I couldn't make a functional mayo even following recipes like Alton Brown or ATK word for word. Thanks!I've tried making mayo with a stick blender and I still screwed it up, haha. Maybe the coconut oil will help, so I'll give it another go. It's nearly impossible to find mayo without a vegetable or soybean oil. Even the Best Foods "Olive Oil" mayonnaise is soybean! Yeah, I don't get those Olive Oil mayonnaise that only sub a portion of the canola or soy out. They are also typically the ones that add in the MOST sugar too on the labels. Try this recipe out, I think it will work for you. wow, this looks very simple yet delicious! I never thought of coconut oil in mayonnaise. You could avoid sugar even more if you squeeze your lemon yourself. though it has some, but I guess less than a ready made juice. My mayonnaise doesn't have to stay good an infinitive time anyways, so I avoid those factory ingredients I cannot even pronounce.Exactly, the only reason I know my mayo sticks around and stays together for a period of time is because I left on a business trip and no one knew what it was.:-). what a simple recipe, another reason to use the hand blender more..of course using the coconut oil will be so exciting for me, I love recipes with coconut oil. Have a great holiday weekend Kent! Thanks Kent, I have had a 50% success rate with a blender. Going to have to get one like yours and give it a try. Looks MUCH easier and quicker than a blender.
I can't say how many times I failed with a blender trying to get it to work. I got this Cuisinart or KitchenAid Stick Blender really cheap too (less than $25), and it works great for fauxtatoes too.
