It's interesting how you don't use a cutting board in your videos very much that's how a lot of my relatives do it as well. I need a cutting board even if I'm just going to cut up some garlic or cilantro, haha. I tried ur daal mash recipe and it turned out good, also made paranthas with it, they were good too. I really like ur recipes a lot and ur urdu and the way u present it. I am planning to try ur bhindi bhujia recipe next. Ur recipe does not call for garlic and ginger I have usually made bhindi with ginger and garlic, but want to try ur way.
